What do you get if you combine Harmonix’s rhythmic VR shooter, Audica, with basic gentle gun shooter Duck Hunt? Auducka, duh!

This slightly good app from developer Skid Vis is now out there on FacetQuest for Oculus Quest. Rather than the tense sport of endurance, reactions and intention that make the unique Duck Hunt such a basic, this hilarious Frankenstein’s monster has poor feathered critters making an attempt to flee your well-timed photographs to the beat. It makes for a surprisingly soothing little bit of synthy chicken bloodbath.

Now there’s a sentence I didn’t suppose I’d write this week. Check out UploadVR’s Zeena Al-Obaidi taking a stab (or shot) at it beneath. Each of the sport’s tracks is from an artist known as Flawed Human Being, who units a pleasant relaxed tempo.

There’s 4 songs to the sport and, although it’s clearly a little bit of a joke, it’s really fairly difficult. The sport requires you to carry your arms excessive always so that you’ll be getting a burn in your arms after a number of songs. But with some apply and cautious intention you may get the hold of it; Zeena’s very happy with coming in second on the leaderboard for one monitor.

You can get Auducka without spending a dime from SideQuest right here. Looking for extra Duck Hunt adventures in VR? Well that’s a barely unusual craving however, if that’s the case, I ought to level you in direction of Duck Season, which is extra like Duck Hunt blended with Friday The 13th or one thing. Trust me, it’s higher than it sounds.

Auducka is the VR child of Duck Hunt and Harmonix’s Audica
